Please join us for the official opening of The Connie Norman Transgender Empowerment Center established by AIDS Healthcare Foundation, FLUX and the Unique Woman’s Coalition. This innovative center is intended to create a home for Trans-lead organizations and community. This innovative center is intended to create a home for Trans-lead organizations and community members, with a primary focus on building capacity, advocacy and overall health and wellness.

Once again, AHF is ahead of the curve in promoting structural change and reminding leaders that being patient-centered goes beyond supplying treatment. AHF is committed to utilizing our platform to ensure we reach our intended communities and empower individuals who deserve the right to quality healthcare.

You can learn more about the center’s namesake, Connie Norman, who was known as “The AIDS Diva” and in true DIVA fashion, we are not only opening the center, but we will also declaring September 10th as Connie Norman Transgender Empowerment Day.
