BLACC HIV Mural Community Project Unveiling

December 4, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm UTC+0

Please come out to support a wonderful community empowerment project, in a partnership between the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs and BLACC affinity group (Atlanta Chapter). We are creating a beautiful mural that will recognize Black American leaders in the HIV community. It will serve several goals: 1) to be a beautification project for the community, 2) offer branding opportunity for AHF and BLACC in a predominantly Black American community that is one of the top 20 zip codes with the highest incidence of HIV 3) Act as a daily reminder for folks about the importance of addressing HIV/AIDS in the Black community.

Staff are being asked to attend the unveiling event the weekend after World AIDS Day on Saturday, December 4th.

What we need: 20 staff to come help

What you get: 4,000 Above & Beyond Points
