With guests from Alaska to Argentina for the first Pride of the Americas festival on sunny Fort Lauderdale. Greater Fort Lauderdale is famous for its 23 miles of Blue Wave–certified beaches. Each year, millions of visitors come for sun and fun. Our inaugural Pride of the  Americas will be unlike any Pride festival you’ve attended: Most Pride of the Americas 2023 events will be held on or near our pristine beaches and signature waterways. Guests will have many opportunities to discover  why Fort Lauderdale is known as the “Venice of America.” Pride of the Americas 2023 will culminate with a parade down scenic GAY1A (Route A1A)  along the beach, followed by a massive beach party featuring internationally recognized performers. Celebrate the First  Pride of the  Americas on  Sun-Kissed  Beaches. Greater Fort Lauderdale is a premier tourist destination and a diverse and welcoming community with one of the largest concentrations of LGBTQ+  households in the nation.
