AHF Cares Food for Health program (SC) is partnering with the Big Homie Lil Homie, Joseph H. Neal Collaborative, and Forward City Church to bring an abundance of fresh produce, high‑quality meats, and free nutritious food to our community.

AHF and Crittendon Plaza collaborate with other local organizations to present the Community Health Fair.  AHF will be providing HIV testing, Carter Blood Care will be onsite and many more.

"ASK ME ABOUT U=U" / U=U University's in-person workshop here in South Carolina Target Audiences: Community Health Workers, Case Managers, Patient Navigators, HIV Testers and Outreach Workers, Peer and Community Educators, Public Health and Prevention Program Staff, and Advocates and People Living With HIV. .
